We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Presales Executive to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams to deliver successful project implementations.
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) based on client requirements and site assessments.
Handle system programming and configuration as per project specifications.
Manage complete presales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, client presentations, and technical discussions.
Conduct technical training sessions for internal sales and technical teams to enhance product knowledge.
Provide support to the post-sales team whenever required to ensure seamless project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects.
Assist in technical documentation, solution architecture, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with sales teams during client meetings to provide technical clarity and solution feasibility.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Presales or Technical Support
Strong technical understanding of systems and solution design
Experience in preparing BOQ and handling project documentation
Good knowledge of programming or configuration related to the product domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation tools
